Book Formatting: Pricing | Ordering

I am no longer accepting orders for book formatting.

Pricing: USD

Formatting:

Formatting includes:

  • 1 Book style See Styles

  • Files for ebooks (if purchased): Kindle (.mobi), NOOK, iBooks, Kobo,  and Google Play, and a generic .epub for Smashwords or Draft2Digital

  • File for print book (if purchased): PDF in a print trim size of 5" x 8", 5.25" x 8", 5.5" x 8.5", or 6" x 9"

  • Embedded book cover in ebook

  • Title page image, if provided

  • Linked table of contents in ebook

  • All front matter and back matter that is in included in the manuscript.

  • Store, website and social media links.

  • Widow and orphan prevention, where possible. Page blocking, where possible.

Payment Terms

 

A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at time of agreement. The 50% balance is due upon completion of the formatting and before delivery of the files. Formatting errors will be corrected free of charge.

 

Payments can be made with a credit card or PayPal.

Submission Guidelines

Please submit the following when ordering:

  • An edited manuscript in Word (.docx) format. Be sure your manuscript is edited for spelling and grammatical errors. Include all front matter and back matter. You do not need to include a table of contents or headers and footers.

  • A cover file in .jpg or .png format for ebook formatting

  • A title page image file in .jpg or .png format, if desired. A .png file is preferred.

  • Any image files in .jpg or .png format

  • All links, including store links, store affiliate links, website links, and social media links. This is required for the inclusion of links.
